1. Who we are
Scrivio (the "Service") is operated by Serff Webdevelopment (trading as Serff Webdevelopment), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 51584263, VAT number NL001988630B67, with its registered office at Havenstraat 5a, 3441BH Woerden, Nederland. 2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with us. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
3. The Service
Scrivio is a SaaS platform for AI-assisted SEO content generation, keyword research, competitor analysis, rank tracking, and publishing. Feature availability depends on your subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Agency) as described on our pricing page.
4. Account, trial, and fair use
- New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card required.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
- Each plan includes monthly usage limits. Exceeding limits blocks further generation until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
- You may not resell the Service, reverse-engineer it, bypass rate limits, or use it to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party IP, or is designed to manipulate search engines in ways that violate their guidelines (cloaking, link-injection malware, etc.).
5. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
- Prices are listed in euros (EUR). VAT is added based on your billing country; valid EU businesses may apply reverse charge.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or each year for annual plans) until you cancel from the billing page.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Failed payments trigger automatic retries. Unpaid accounts are suspended; data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
- Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; we will notify you at least 14 days in advance.
6. Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. As a SaaS delivered immediately upon subscription, EU distance-selling right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started using the Service. Unused pro-rata days on an annual plan are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Your content
You own the content you generate with Scrivio and the data you import (keywords, briefs, articles, URLs). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, host, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We will not use your content to train our own AI models or to train third-party models.
8. AI-generated output
- Scrivio generates content using third-party LLMs and may produce inaccurate, biased, or hallucinated output. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.
- We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, conversions, or ROI.
- You are responsible for disclosing AI-assisted content where required by law or platform rules.
9. Third-party integrations
When you connect Google Search Console, a CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost), or other integrations, their own terms apply to that data. You authorize us to act on your behalf only within the scope you grant.
10. Availability and support
We target 99.5% monthly uptime on a best-effort basis but do not commit to a formal SLA on Starter/Pro. Agency customers can request a separate SLA. Support response times are: Starter 48h, Pro 24h, Agency 4h, counted from ticket creation during business days.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse fair use, or for non-payment. On termination we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it; after that it is permanently deleted. You may export your articles, keywords, and settings at any time from the profile page.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost rankings, lost revenue). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own (at least reasonable care) and will not use it except to perform this agreement.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district of Woerden, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
